Where Bit Coin Goes?
ビットコインは急落の後、また再上昇している。Bitcoin fell down but coming back!
私は当初、ビットコインは無数の競合等により早期に消滅すると思っていた。I initially thought Bitcoin will fade away soon due to massive competition among numerous coins.
ICOの過程や、資金洗浄の回避ができない点から、当局が早々に禁止するだろうとも思っていた。I also assumed that regulator will quickly prohibit the use due to the lack of capability to avoid money laundering as well as a process of ICO.
しかし、実際のところ、無数の競合は淘汰を重ね、ビットコインは残った。また、当局の規制も中国のみに留まっているどころか、基準通貨に採用する国家も出てきた。But in reality, Bitcoin survived through massive competitions. On top of that, Bitcoin was even adopted as a base currency of some nations while China is the only country that prohibit the use.
価値は需給により形成される。このため、ビットコインに需要がある限り、価格は成立する。Value is built by the balance of demand and supply. Hence as long as there is demands for Bitcoin, there is price on it.
ビットコインに根源的な価値が無いという意見がある。しかし、それは他の資産も同様だろう。Some said that Bitcoin has no intrinsic value. However, it is the same for other asset class also.
たとえば、金、ゴールド。電子部品材料としての根源的価値と思われる利用価値を除けば、その価格は需給が決定している。For example, Gold. Except for the use for electric parts, that looks the only intrinsic value of it, the price is decided by demand and supply.
唯一、国家の認める通貨は根源的な価値があるとされるが、それが国家の運用の失敗で価値を失うのも広く知られている（ハイパーインフレ）。Only official currency of nations are supposed to have intrinsic values however, it is also well known that maloperation by nations sometimes make currencies worthless(hyper inflation).
ビットコインの普及を妨げる大きな要因は、やはり資金洗浄だろう。The big obstacle for Bitcoin that blocks the global use is, after all, a prevention measure against money laundering.
ビットコインが世界共通の基軸通貨となった場合、利便性は格段に増すが、所得の捕捉は不可能になる。また、経済が拡大するにつれ発行残高が有限のビットコインは経済の発展とともに無限に価値が増大することになる。Once Bitcoin become global base currency, utility for user will increase drastic however, the capturing of money transfer will be impossible. Also, due to the finite number of Bitcoin, as economy expands, the value of bitcoin will go infinite.
即ち、無限のデフレが始まるわけだ。ビットコインを保有しているだけで、その価値が無限に増えていく。Namely, the start of infinite deflation. The value of Bitcoin holding will grow infinite.
ビットコインが絵画や金のように、愛好者の間で資産として存続する可能性はある。ただ、その場合でも、捕捉されずに決済に利用されたり、資金洗浄に利用されたりすることが継続すると、当局からの信認を得ることはできず、いずれは中国のように禁止されることになるだろう。Bitcoin, can still survive as an asset among Bitcoin lovers just like artifacts or golds. Even in that case, if it keeps providing uncaptured settlement or money laundering, it will lose credit from regulators, then eventually will be banned just like in China.
