　Covid-19 Vaccination plus Ivermectin

コロナワクチン（ファイザー）２回目が接種が終わった。Just completed 2nd Pfizer Covid-19 vaccination shot. 

１回目は接種日前日にイベルメクチンを12mg服用。接種当日は全く痛みが無く、２日目から痛み出し、37℃の熱が１時間ほど出た。その後、３日目から腕が上がらなくなったが、４ー５日目には副反は消えた。1st shot. Took Ivermectin 12mg one day before the 1st shot. No pain on the day but started feeling pain from 2nd day with temporal fever of 37℃. 

２回目は接種日の２日前にイベルメクチンを12mg服用。接種当日から痛みがあり、２日目に37℃の発熱と、かすかな頭痛、胸痛が１日続き、運動を控え、水分を大量補給した。３日目には副反応は消えた。2nd shot. Took Ivermectin 12mg two day before the 2nd shot. On 2nd day, got 37℃ fever and slight headache and lung pain. Hence stopped exercise and got lots of water. All symptoms have gone on 3rd day.  

コロナワクチンについては接種するしないで世界は大騒ぎだ。ファイザーのｍRNAワクチンの仕組みは、ワクチン中の命令セット（ｍRNA）に従い、体内の蛋白質合成装置（リボソーム）がコロナの部品（スパイク蛋白質）を合成、それが体の免疫機能を刺激して抗体が生成されるというもの。紙に書かれてたコロナウイルスの塩基配列情報から製造した、人類史上初めての革新的なワクチンだ。変異型に対し、ほぼ感染は防げなくなったようだが、重症化リスク低減効果は健在のようだ。World is in turmoil whether to take Covid-19 vaccine or not. Pfizer's mRNA vaccine creates spike proteins  by activating proteins production factory(ribosome) in the cell to follow instruction written in mRNA.  It was created from enzyme sequence written on paper and is the 1st revolutionary vaccine. Although it cannot stop variant infection anymore but it still can prevent fatal condition. 

ただ、現状、約１０万人に一人の死亡が確認されており、通常のワクチンと比べ一桁リスクが高いようだ。生成したスパイク蛋白質が心臓、脳などの血管壁を攻撃し、血栓を生じさせるようだ。このため、ワクチンの効果は薄れるかもしれないが、万が一の安全を考えてイベルメクチンを事前に服用することにした。当初は、副反が限度を超えた時点で服用する予定だった。However, currently risk is one digit high since one out of 100k people die compared to one out of 1mn for normal vaccine. It says that spike proteins attack wall of blood vessel and end up with blood clot in heart and brain.  Thus I decided to take Ivermectin before vaccine shot although it can weaken the Covid-19 antibody to develop. Initially I planned to take Ivermectin only when side effects of Vaccination become significant. 

mRNAワクチンは以前日本では禁止になったようだ。DNAを恒久的に改変し、スパイク蛋白質を永久に作り続けることになる、不妊になってしまうなどの話も相次いだ。長期的な影響の治験を省略して緊急使用しているのが実際のようだ。mRNA vaccine was banned in Japan some time ago. There is also discussion that mRNA will modify DNA permanently to create spike protein forever, can cause infertility etc. The reality is that this mRNA vaccine skipped such long term impact trials. 

他方、イベルメクチンについては、過去数十年に渡り、毎年３億人以上に投与されてきた実績があり、長期的な影響の治験はすでに終了している。このためワクチンに緊急使用が許可されるなら、既に検証が完了しているイベルメクチンにも緊急使用が許可されてしかるべきだとは思う。ただ、実際のところ、私を含め、問題意識のある数多くの人々は既に個人輸入して利用している。On the other hand, Ivermectin has been used for decades for over 300mn people every year around the world, hence all such long term impact are well examined. Hence if Vaccine is allowed for emergency use, Ivermectin also should be authorized for emergency use.  However, including myself, many imports Ivermectin by themselves. 

ワクチンと、イベルメクチンの両建てが今後のコロナ対策の決定打となる気がする。Going forward, I feel both vaccine and Ivermectin will be the mainstream of anti Covid-19 weapons.
