What Was US President Election 2020?
１１月３日から連日大騒ぎだった大統領選は、１月２０日になってバイデンが就任、トランプが退任し、平和裏に終わりを告げた。Daily fuss on US president election since Nov 3rd ended peacefully by the inauguration of Biden on Jan 20th and retirement of Trump.
この２か月間、トランプ側が選挙結果を変える規模の組織的な不正選挙を訴え続け、それに対し、反トランプ側は不正の事実はないとした。During this 2 months, Trump end has been appealing the organized election fraud that can change the result, however, anti Trump side has been denying that there was no such fraud at all.
真実はどこにあるのか。So what is the truth?
トランプ側からは、競技場での不審な開票集計作業ビデオ、郵便投票の票数不整合、統計的不整合、遠ざけられた開票監視人、ドミニオン投票システムなど、無数の証拠・訴えが裁判所に殺到した。多くの議会公聴会も開かれた。Trump end has been rushing up to court with numerous appeals and evidences, such as dubious election opening process video-taped at arena, irregular mail vote count, statistical discrepancies, observers kicked out of observation, Dominion voting system etc. Lots of public hearing held by state legislatures.
トランプ側の提出する証拠が捏造であった場合、一度でも捜査を行えば真実が判明し、皆が納得するはずだった。ところが、最後まで司法は最高裁のロバーツ主席判事以下まともに取り合おうとせず、一切の捜査、裁判も行われることもなく、証拠物件へのアクセスは完全にブロックされ、事実が確認されないまま、選挙は終わった。司法、行政、立法、メディアが総がかりでトランプを封じ込めた。民主主義を日本に植え付けた米国の、今回の国家レベルの強引な不正選挙は、日本人にとって非常なショックだったと言える。If any of evidence is fabricated fake, even one investigation, if done, could have revealed the truth and everybody understood what is going on. However, headed by supreme court chief judge Roberts, court kept rejecting such appeals, access to evidential materials are totally blocked and as a result, election ended without any investigation or trial. Court, administration, legislatures and media, all sealed up Trump's objection. National-level blunt election fraud done this time was very shocking to Japanese people who got implanted democracy from US itself.
続いて行われた１月5日の上院選選挙も、ダメ押しのように１１月３日と全く同様の設定で行われ、トランプ支持者は更なる無力感に襲われた。Consecutive senator election on Jan 5th was done exactly in the same manner as Nov 3rd as if to show off the art of fraud scheme, driving Trump supporters feel helplessness.
私自身は、トランプを強く支持、応援しているわけではない。どちらかというとサンダース寄りだったので、民主党代表選でサンダースがバイデンに負けてがっかりした。最も成功した社会主義国家と揶揄されている日本の普通の住人の感覚としては、富の偏在が顕著な現在の資本主義の暴走は修正が必要だと思っている。ただ、そのような変化はあくまで民意に基づいて行われるべきだ。選挙プロセスを操作してまで、その修正を行うと、民主主義の基盤が失われてしまう。I myself is not a strong supporter of Trump. I rather support Sanders, hence felt very sorry when Sanders was defeated by Biden in Democrat's President candidate nomination. From standard Japanese feeling, as a resident of the most successful socialist country in the world, people tease, the current excessive capitalism, inviting super uneven distribution of wealth, needs to be adjusted. However, such change needs to be driven by the wish of people. If we make changes by manipulating the election process, the foundation of democracy is lost.
最後、トランプ側は戒厳令で激戦州の再選挙などの非常手段を取ることは避けた。インターネット上ですべての証拠は開示されており、米国民の半分以上を占める、「不正選挙によりバイデン政権が誕生したという認識」はすでに獲得されており、当面それで十分としたのだろう。In the end, Trump avoided taking extreme action such as martial law forcing the re-election at battleground states. This maybe because, all the evidence are already disclosed on the internet, and more than half of US citizens already share the view that 'Biden was elected as a result of election fraud', hence strategically sufficient at this moment.
ここで、民主主義の観点から非常に重要な点として、上院下院、大統領とも民主党になった現状で、もし、民主党が投票結果を自由に操れる道具を手にしていたら、論理的には、今後、政権交代は停止してしまう。ただ、トランプを含め、そこまでの悲壮感はなく、米国人はそのリスクは考えていないようだ。もしそうなら、トランプは間違いなく戒厳令を発動していただろう。トランプは発動しなかった。即ち、これから米国が独裁政権に突っ走るというほど、事態は深刻でないということだろう。Here, as a very important point from democracy, if Democrats acquired vehicle this time to manipulate election freely going forward, there will be no political switch going forward under all blue situation. However, including Trump, Americans do not share such desperate perception. If so, Trump must have activated martial law for sure. However, he did not. This means that situation is not that harsh to assume tyranny in US going forward.
トランプが最後引き下がった背景として、海外からの選挙介入の可能性がある。組織的に、民主党の不正選挙を助け、同時に、共和党にその不正選挙の事実を知らせ、煽ることで、トランプに戒厳令を出させて米国の分断を図るという戦略だ。米国の選挙システムが、不明確な投票者の認定、州ごとの杜撰な選挙管理、司法の機能不全などの欠陥を持つことをよく分析し、コロナの郵便投票でさらに欠陥が増幅されたチャンスを捉えた。そこでトランプが戒厳令などの手段にでると、侵略者の思うつぼとなる。トランプは米国内の治安を第一に考え、今回は引き下がり、米国の選挙システムの弱点を是正することを選んだのかもしれない。One possible reason why Trump conceded this time is the possibility of foreign interference for the election. The scheme was a structural organizational election fraud assistance for Democrats while agitating Republicans by informing the existence of the fraud. US election system, as already studied thoroughly by interference strategists, has many faults such as indefinite identification of voters, lose election control by states, totally incompetent supreme court, etc., all amplified by immediate Covid-19 pandemic that was taken as an extra advantage. If Trump stepped into extreme measure such as activation of martial law, it was exactly what that interference was aimed for. Thus Trump made domestic safety of US as first, conceded this time, and chose to correct weakness of US election system later.
このように今回の事件には様々な背景が考えられるが、これから一般的な米国人の生活が良くなれば、結果オーライとなるだろう。トランプ交代を「強引に行わなければいけなかった」本当の意味を実績として示してもらいたいものだ。Lots of backgrounds can be thought of on this immediate incident however, if life of ordinally US citizens go well going forward, everything will be all right. I wish new regime will make fantastic achievements to make all understand the real reason why such aggressive measures needed to be taken to replace Trump.
