理想的な社会変革　Ideal Social Reform

トランプ、ブレグジット現象は引っ張りすぎた資本主義の当然の帰着だ。Trump and Brexit phenomena is the result of naked capitalism went too far. 

取り残された人々を支援し、再教育することが、残された唯一の方法だ。The only way left is to support and re-educate people left over as a result of transition.

全世界で起こっている摩擦の根底には、同一のパターンがある。There is same pattern among conflicts happening globally. 

１）産業が発展し、先進国となる Industry develops and become developed country

２）為替が高くなり、国内生産のコストが増大する FX rate of base currency is appreciated high, making domestic production's relative cost as expensive. 

３）価格競争力の維持、利益の極大化のため、ファブレスなど新興国への移転が起こる Productions are moving away to developing country under fabless scheme to maximize competitiveness as well as profit. 

４）国内産業の空洞化により、仕事が消滅する Jobs are gone as a result of less domestic production transferred offshore. 

５）さらに、安価な労働力の流入により、仕事が奪われるFurthermore, jobs are gone as a result of import of cheaper labor. 

６）空洞化、失業、格差拡大が極まり、社会不安が起こるIndustry hollowing, unemployment and disparity of wealth go extreme to the point of creating social instability.

この流れは経済的には極めて合理的で、他国に自国製品の購入を強制するなどの強引な方法には限界がある。This transition is very much rational from economic point of view, hence extreme measures, such as pushing other country to purchase own country's products, will soon face limitation. 

今まで、先進国で行われている対応は、次の１）がメインで、２）は非常におろそかになっていた。So far, developed countries are mainly coping with these problems by below 1) mainly but not really by 2) below. 

１）新技術開発の最先端を走り続けるKeep leading the top of new technologies.

２）取り残された人々を支援し、再教育する Support and re-educate people left deserted

現在ベーシックインカムなどの議論が高まっており、世界はすでにその問題に気が付いている。理想の社会変革は、この取り残された人々への支援と再教育により達成される。Currently, there are lots of discussion on basic income etc. World is already recognizing the importance of this issue. Ideal social reform can be achieved by this support and re-education of people left deserted.
