Simple Origin of the Universe
基本的には高校の生物でやったことだが、人間の全遺伝子配列が判明したことだけは違う。
もっとも、分かったのは配列だけで、その意味するところの解析は始まったばかりだ。
全体からすると、殆どなにも分かってないと同じ状況だ。Basically it is a revisit of what all have done in high school biology class however, now we know all the gene sequence of human kind, that is the difference. Note that we only know the sequence but the meaning of it has not revealed yet. It is true that we started to know some but the level of it is almost negligible compared to the whole picture it contains.
細胞の中の基本動作（セントラルドグマ）は、 The basic mechanism of cell(called Central Dogma) is,
DNA==>RNA（塩基配列base sequence）＝＝＞リボソームRibosome（コドン表Codon Table）＝＝＞蛋白質生成Protein synthesis
の様で、あたかも工場の生産ラインの様だ。語弊があるが、生命は超精巧なバイオロボットであると言って過言は無いと思う。This is almost like product line in a factory. It is not too much to say that life is almost like hyper exquisite bio-robot, although I aware that many do not like this way of description.
ダーウインの進化論（遺伝子アルゴリズム）により、この仕組み自体がバラバラの元素、分子から出来上がってくると主張する人もいる。Some says that mechanism of life comes out of elements and molecules that split apart, as a result of Darwin's theory of evolution(Genetic Algorithm).
でも、それは大きな誤解だろう。ダーウインの進化論の仕組みは、DNAがあって、初めて機能する。それは、進化の仕組み（遺伝子アルゴリズム）はDNAに記述されているからだ。However, I believe that it is a big misunderstanding. Darwin's theory of evolution works only when DNA exists. It is because the mechanism of evolution(Genetic Algorithm) is written in DNA.
ということは、セントラルドグマは、炭素と酸素の反応をエネルギーとする生命体が存在できる軌道領域の惑星、地球に、どこからか飛んできたと考えるのが自然だ。Then it is natural to say that central dogma flew from somewhere to the earth that is on a habitable orbit, where life, that makes use of chemical energy of carbon and oxygen reaction, can survive.
同じことは宇宙全体についても言える。中性子、陽子、電子、元素を何兆年ぶつけ合って、反応させても、新しい物質はできるだろうが、セントラルドグマの仕組みがその結果出来上がるとは考え難い。Same thing is true for the whole universe. How many trillion years, neutron, proton, electron, elements bump into each other, although new elements or molecules can be created, it is hard to imagine that the mechanism of central dogma itself can be created as a result of such.
となると、目的はさておき、この時空を作った「何か」と、そこに生命体を作った「何か」は同一である可能性は限りなく近いだろう。 Then, putting aside the objective of doing it, the one created this time-space, and the one who created life inside are ultimately the same one.
でも、前にも書いたがしらける必要はない。But no need to feel disenchanted too much as I wrote before.
それは、その「何か」も、さらに分からない「何か」により作られているのだろうから。It is because the one who created us, could also be created by some other that one cannot know.
