Win10 Installation OOBE Error Resolution
なんと、Inspiron1526のWin10がダウンし、再インストールがOOBEエラーでうまくいかない。Win10 on Inspiron1526 went down and tried reinstallation however, it got stuck by OOBE error.

やり方は、Youtubeにあるように、The steps are below just as in the Youtube.
通常インストールでoobeエラーで停止。Shift-F10でコマンド画面。下のコマンドを実行。Encounter oobe error in normal installation process. Push Shift-F10 to get into command screen. Execute below commands one by one.
net user administrator /active:yes
net user /add admin password
net localgroup administrators admin /add
cd oobe
msoobe.exe
「お待ちください」、の途中で、電源を強制終了、再度立上げ。adminでなく、administratorユーザーでlogin。While seeing 'Wait for moment' screen, shutdown PC by pushing power button and reboot. Login to administrator but not admin.
