核戦争の論理
Logic of Nuke War
ロシアのウクライナ侵略で核戦争の危機が高まっている。ロシアは核兵器の使用を示唆している。世界にある２万発近い核兵器を打ち合えば、先進国の世界は滅ぶ。The crisis of nuclear war is coming as Russia invade Ukraine. Russia is implying the use of nuclear weapon. If world starts to shoot over 20K nuclear war heads each other, the developed country's universe will end.
世界核戦争は大気の構成を変え、気候変動を起こす。それによる食糧不足と飢餓が発生するため、影響は先進国に止まらない。Actually the damage will not be limited just to developed countries since global nuclear war modifies the composition of atmosphere, then create climate transition. As a result, food shortage and famine will prevail over globally.
核戦争を始める最初のボタンを押す人は、それが地球的な破壊を起こすことを理解しているだろう。Anyone who push button to initiate nuclear war understands that it will lead to global devastation.
また、たとえ、自分は大深度の地下シェルターに居て生き残れるとしても、地上の自国は文字通り蒸発しており、自国を蒸発させることが指導者として正しいことだったのかどうかを自問するだろう。Even if the leader can survive under super deep shelter, the one's nation on earth surface is literally vaporized and one may question oneself if the decision to vaporize its own nation was good decision as a leader of the nation.
指導者に限らず、シェルターが普及している国では生き残る人は多いだろう。ただ、地球的な気候変動による食糧不足と飢餓からは逃れらず、核戦争を始めたことを悔いるだろう。If shelter is well spread, there will be many who can survive but not just limited the leader.
核戦争を回避するためには、世界は難しい方程式を解かなければいけない。World needs to solve difficult equation to avoid nuclear war.
軍事面 Military aspect
ロシアはいきなり世界核戦争は始めない。Russia will not start nuclear war from start.
戦略核と称する、広島型の1/20程度の威力を限定的に使用する。Russia will use so-called strategic nuclear weapon with 1/20 magnitude of Hiroshima bomb.
それに対し、西側が報復として、同程度の戦略核を使用する。Against which west regime may use same level of nuclear weapon as retaliation.
その際、西側から飛んできた核ミサイルの規模をロシアは分からないため、安全側を取って、さらに報復のために広島型サイズの核を投下するかもしれない。Facing the retaliation from west, since Russia has no way to know the magnitude of the nuclear weapon flying from west, Russia may counter shot Hiroshima level nuclear weapon as retaliation.
すると、報復の連鎖で先進国は消滅する。This chain of retaliations makes developed countries to go disappear.
現状、このリスクは消すことはできない。There is no way to stop this risk at this point.
経済面 Economic aspect
ロシアは資源の販売先であるNATOと戦争状態になると、顧客を失う。Once Russia goes into war with NATO to which Russia is selling its own natural resources, Russia will lose customer.
プーチンの発言からロシアは経済面を重視している。Putin's statement implies that he makes much of economy.
となると、プーチンがお客であるNATOと戦争する可能性は無い。If that is the case, the chance that Putin will go into war with NATO, the customer, is zero.
戦争を起こして、NATO諸国が輸入する量を中国、インドなどに買ってもらう手もあるが、その場合、売値は大幅に下落する。 In the case of war, Russia may switch the export to China or India instead of NATO countries however, the selling price will go drop drastic.
政治面 Politics aspect
北京冬期オリンピック終了時、プーチンがウクライナ侵略を本当に行うとはだれも思わなかった。２１世紀にもなって、通常兵器で、あからさまな古典的な侵略が、ロシアにとって合理的な判断だとはだれも思わない。At the end of China's winter Olympic, no one thought Putin will invade Ukraine seriously. No one think that such classical outright invasion with normal weapon is rational decision for Russia in 21st century.
プーチンのウクライナ侵略の目的は独裁政権維持のための国内の支持率の維持だ。ウクライナ侵攻以来、プーチンの支持率は最高潮だ。ロシアはウクライナ侵攻は２週間程度で終わると思っていたようだ。諜報機関の不備により見積もりが極端に甘かったようだ。Putin's objective of invasion to Ukraine is the support of the popularity for his dictatorship regime. Putin's popularity is maximized since he started invasion to Ukraine. Russia initially thought the invasion to Ukraine will complete in a couple of weeks. Looks like estimation was pretty poor due to the insufficient control of intelligence.
結果、ロシア軍の被害は拡大した。情報統制がほころぶと、負け戦が明らかになり、プーチンは立場を失う。このため、戦局を打開するために小規模の戦略核兵器を限定的に使う可能性がある。As a result, Russian damage expanded. As information control weakens, people will know that Russia is losing, then Putin will lose his position. Hence Putin may use limited scale strategic nuclear weapon to break through the deteriorating status.
戦略核とは言え、核兵器は核兵器で、その規模は実際に爆発してみないと相手にはわからない。西側がロシアが理性をもって核兵器を利用しているか否かは知る由もない。すると、ここで核の連鎖が起こり、世界の破滅となる可能性もある。Although it is defined as strategic nuclear weapon, it is still a nuclear weapon, hence counter party will not know its scale of destruction until it actually explodes. No way for west to know if Russians are sane when using nuclear weapon. Then, chain reaction of nuclear weapon will drive world to go fatal destruction and catastrophe.
ロシアも核戦争が自らを葬り去る道であることは認識しているだろうが、独裁政権は政権を失うとどのみち葬り去られるため、やけっぱちになって核戦争を開始する可能性もあるだろう。Russias may recognize that nuclear war is a one way ticket to bury themselves however, since dictatorships will be buried anyway if lose, it may start nuclear war in the mentality of nothing to lose.
結論 Conclusion
プーチンが最後のボタンを押しても、実際の発射を行う人々が、最後の抵抗をしてくれるだろう。Even if Putin pushes the final button to start nuclear war, the guys on site will show the last resistance to stop that to happen.
