Russia's war memorial day May 9th
今日は４PMからプーチンのスピーチがあった。 Today, from 4PM, there was a speech by Putin.
- ウクライナ侵略を戦争に格上げしなかった。国民総動員は行わないだろう。それは国民、軍全体を巻き込むことになる。結果、国民、軍からの批判は免れるだろう。Ukrain invasion was not ranked up to war. There will be no national mobilization. This is because such involves whole nation including people, defense department, then eventually can lead to larger scale criticism against the invasion.
- 国内向けには、一つの軍事作戦という位置づけにしておきたいようだ。Looks like Putin still wants the invasion to be classified just as one special military operation for Russians.
- ウクライナ侵略戦争の目的について、ロシア自身は被害者であるというウソの説明をしている。ソビエト連邦崩壊のあと、ロシア人は様々な国に残り、人種問題が発生しているのは分かるが、戦争と言う手段で解決するべきでない。Putin said Russia was invaded and defending itself although Russia is invading Ukraine in reality. I understand that after the collapse of USSR, Russians are split in many countries and racial problem exists however, such problem should not be resolved by war.
スピーチ前の憶測では、戦争宣言が行われるという予想も合ったが、実際は、戦勝記念日の高揚感をウクライナ侵略へ利用する、巧妙な仕掛けだった。Before the speech, many suspects a declaration of war by Putin however, it was a well prepared setup to utilize the high spirit of war memorial day converting to the strong driver for Ukraine invasion.
逆に言うと、プーチン体制は絶対的ではなく、粛清、情報操作や組織の力学を操らないと存在しえないことが分かる。The other side of the coin shows the fact that Putin is not really an absolute existence. Unless he exercise purge, information manipulation, or organizational tactics, he cannot keep his position.
このため、今後、ウクライナ侵略が長期化し、軍事的被害の拡大や、エネルギー全面禁輸の経済制裁による経済の疲弊が広がるにつれ、実情を国民が知るところとなり、国内をまとめきれなくなる可能性は十分あるだろう。Hence, going forward, as Ukraine invasion elongates and military damage as well as financial fatigue increases due to west weapon supply and economic sanctions including total energy ban, Russian people will come to know the truth, then it can lead to the national instability in high probability.
ただ、時間はかかりそうで、それまでに核兵器が使用されないことを願うばかりだ。However, it may take time, so I just wish that nuclear weapon will not be used by that time.
