DXがもたらす破壊的変革　DX Invites Disruptive Revolution

今更DX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）がどうだこうだと言うのも古いかもしれない。でもこれからの社会と労働市場を考えることは大事だ。DX(Digital Transformation) has been talked about for a long time already. However it is important to contemplate how it can change our society as well as job market.

思いつくのは、果てしない日常の手続きの冗長性。一つの書類に同じ住所を何度も記入することもまだ多い。One thing come up to mind is the endless redundancy of daily paper works. We still need to fill in same address many times in one single filing to government office.

国レベルでも、私企業レベルでも、同じ処理のためにシステムが幾重にも重複して作られる。非効率、非合理の塊だ。Country level as well as private industry level, there are massive system duplication, layer over layer.

今から30年前、ERPソフト会社が提唱したワンファクトワンプレース、即ち、情報の一元化がようやく実現されようとしている。'One Fact One Place', that was advocated by ERP software company 30ys ago, is now going to be realized finally.

DXを妨げてきたものはやはり国民通し番号マイナンバーへの拒否だろう。合理化、透明化反対だ。One symbolic obstacle for DX is the rejection of the national serial numbering, MY NUMBER. Objection to increase efficiency and transparency.

戦争時の徴兵令状、赤紙の記憶が原因と言う。日本も遅ればせながら、DXが浸透していくのだろう。It said that the conscription letter at the time of WWII is the cause. Nevertheless DX will start influencing Japan although it is already late.

そしてその先にあるのは、仕事市場の再編だ。Then what is waiting ahead is the restructuring of the job market.
