LINE（Android）アプリは最適旧バージョンを探せ！Look for Fittest Version for LINE(Android) Application! 

Androidは不安定だが、それを再認識した。Android is unstable.　I reconfirmed it this time. 

Android5.1にLINEをインストールするという簡単な話のはずが．．． It should have been such an easy job to install LINE onto Android5.1.

Playストアからの最新版は落ちまくり。However, latest version from Play store never worked. 

最新バージョンはAndroid5.1ではダメだということをGoogle検索して知り、旧バージョンサイトを見つけ、対応する11.5.0をインストールしたがこれも不安定。端末をリセットしても状況変わらず。Then through Google search, I found that latest version does not work on Android 5.1. So, I found site for old versions and installed corresponding 11.5.0 but it was unstable as well. I even reset the Android but it did not change the situation. 

アプリ間の相性か？　PC版でLoginしている為か？　延々とトラブルシュートか、と暗澹たる気持ちになった。I felt desperate anticipating never ending trouble shooting coming, considering conflict of application or login from PC etc. 

でも、さらにGoogle検索すると、LINEもそもそも不安定であることを確認。But further Google search confirmed that LINE is also unstable for itself in the 1st place. 

Android5.1に対応しそうな11.5.1を試すもダメ。ついに、11.5.2で安定した！ So I tried 11.5.1 that looked more fit but it did not work neither. Finally all worked fine at 11.5.2. 

即座に、アプリ自動アップデートを停止。でないと、知らないうちに動かない最新バージョンにされてしまう。I immediately shut down auto update functionality. Unless otherwise, latest version will be installed unknowingly. 

．．．同じような問題にあった人のために。...Just for information for anyone who falls into the same problem.

［Added追記]　上で実は勘違いしていて、11.5.0まで利用可能という事は、次に試すべきは11.4.2であったわけだ。その為だろうか、なんと、インストールして６時間で問題が再発。起動直後に落ちるようになってしまった。現在11.4.2をテスト中。Above was actually wrong action. LINE support announcement says Android5.1 can support up to 11.5.0, means, I should have tried 11.4.2 but not higher than 11.5.0. Probably due to this, 6 hours after the installation, it started same shutdown problem again. Now testing 11.4.2.

［Added追記2021/11/12]　11.4.2が安定して動作することを確認。ところが今度は、前の電話番号でLINEにLoginしようとすると、「最新版をインストールしろ」と言ってくるようになってしまった。最新版も含めて色々試したのが悪かったのかもしれない。トホホだが、別電話番号を使うか、端末リセットしか手はないようだ。Confirmed that 11.4.2 works stable. However, this time LINE blocked login asking to use latest version when I use previous phone number! Probably because I tried many versions including the latest. Totally pathetic but looks like I have no option but to use other phone number or reset Android once more. 

［Added追記2021/11/14]　結局そのままAppから自動選択でインストールさせたら、今度は落ちまくらなくなった。バージョンを確認すると、11.5.2で、11.5.0の最安定バージョンという事なのだろう。色々やり始めてから最初は出なかった最新版インストールメッセージが出るようになったりLINE側で何らかの変更があった感じもする。After all, I once more just tried App installation with auto version selection and now amazingly see rather stable reaction. This time it does not shut down immediately but only sometimes. The version installed was 11.5.2, that looks the most stable version of 11.5.0 series. I doubt that LINE did some change during my trial period since I did not see the message to install latest version earlier but now I see it every time. 

［Added追記2021/11/16]　白旗を上げます。5.1の上位バージョンは見つからず、LINEの推奨バージョンは起動直後に停止が止まらず。ネットを見ると、みな、代替ソフトを利用しているみたい。Skype、WhatsUp、OutLookで対応することにしました。I decided to give up. There is no upversion beyond 5.1 for my SmartPhone. LINE's recommended historical version kept shutting down after start. I found on net that all uses other softwares. Skype, WhatsUp and OutLook is my way out of this problem.
