オミクロン株が出てきて、世界は大騒ぎだ。感染力がデルタ株と比べても絶大らしい。Omicron Variant emerged and world is in confusion. It looks far more infectious than Delta Variant.

ただ、変異した場所はスパイクたんぱく質だけのようで、重症化率は変わらない気がする。However, mutated parts are only on spike proteins, hence I believe fatality did not change.

スパイクたんぱく質そのものが血管を攻撃し血栓を作るようなので、変異がスパイクたんぱく質部分だけといっても一概に侮れないが、ただ、一般的には、感染力が増大すると、毒性は弱まるらしい。Nevertheless spike protein itself attacks veins to create clot, so we should not underestimate the impact although mutated parts are only on spike protein. However, generally speaking, the more infectious, the less fatal virus will be. 

現状、デルタ株は依然猛威を振るっている。Currently Delta variant is still going around the world with serious damage. 

オミクロンにより感染力が増した分だけ、感染者数は増大するだろうが、重症化が防げていれば、大勢に影響はないのではと考えられる。As more infectious Omicron variant mutated, the more infection number we will see however, as long as mortality remains unchanged, actual impact should be minimal.

週初めから軟調な展開が続くなか、金曜日になって感謝祭明けのNYダウはオミクロン変異株を材料に1000ドル近く暴落し、日経平均を含む世界の株式指標も暴落した。The market has been slow since the beginning of the week but has crashed on Friday by $1000 immediately after the Thanksgiving holiday due to the emergence of  Omicron variant, followed by crash of global equity indexes including Nikkei225. 

オミクロン変異株はデルタ株より、感染力がかなり高度に進化したタイプの様だが、重症化するかどうかは不明。イベルメクチンの出番のような気がするが、簡単にはそうならないだろう。Omicron variant looks far more mutated ferocious than Delta variant but its fatality is not known yet. Looks like now it is time for Ivermectin however, things may not go that easy.

過大評価されていたNYダウが下落タイミングを待っていたところに、丁度よい「ネタ」が降ってきた構図だ。現状、デルタ株は依然として世界中で蔓延しており、オミクロンも既に各国で見つかっていることを考えると、現在のコロナの大勢には影響がないと考えられる。Market has been waiting for an excuse of crash hence now has good reason to go down. At this moment, Delta variant still prevails over the world while Omicron variant has been found in many places in the world, hence it will not create big scenario change for the current Covid-19 situation.

これをきっかけとしたNYダウとそれに伴う世界株式の暴落はしばらく続くだろう。オミクロンの分析が進むに連れ、相場は戻りに転じるだろうが、テーパリングが待ち構えており、戻りは緩やかになるだろう。NYダウの超長期的な上昇には影響ないだろう。Nevertheless NY and global crash triggered by this incident may continue for a time being. Market may recover but only slowly as Omicron analysis progress since we have tapering waiting. There will be no change for super-long range upward trend of NY-Dow.

今後、ポジションを追加するには、次の抵抗線、567円程度を待つことにする。日経の上昇トレンドは崩れていないと考えられ、次の抵抗線まで下落する可能性は少ないと思われる。I will wait for next resistance JPY567 to add another position. I believe upward trend of Nikkei 225 is still valid, hence the chance can be small to test next resistance.

月曜日には半期発表があった。好決算だったが売られた。Monday was release day for semi-annual result. It was good but the stock was sold off.

なんと、２回のタッチでは足りず、急落の後、中期上昇レンジ下値抵抗線３回目のタッチとなった。週末に近づくと下ヒゲが出てきたが、最後のADRは下げとなり来週の下落スタートを予感させた。Then stock price ended up touching the long term upward range bottom resistance for the 3rd time since two touch was not enough probably. Going close to weekend, there were hammers however, last ADR for the week indicated further drop implying the move of next week's start. 

AI予測は方向感を欠く。金利は若干下落。AI forecast looks not showing strong definite sign. Interest rate dropped a bit. 

NYも順調に上昇していく感じでもなくなった。NY looks going slow but not moving up rapidly anymore. 

ただ、MUFGに限らず、業績の良い銘柄の下げが目立つようになっている。GDP下方修正に伴う、日経平均が３万円で反落するヘッジファンドのIndex仕掛けトレードの結果だと考えられる。Nevertheless we see number of stocks going down although it come with good financial result recently. This is probably because of GDP growth drop triggering hedge funds to make short tricks over index that bounced back from 30K.

２回のタッチですでにトレード枠は使ってしまったので、これからは推移を見守りたい。現状でも配当利回りは４％を超えているので、基本ロスカットは行わない。Since my trade limit was exhausted for now after topping up positions during two touches, going forward, I will just make a close look how things will move from now. Even now dividend yield exceeds 4%, hence I will not do loss-cut basically. 

もし、中期上昇トレンドレンジ下限がついに破られた場合は、５００円台、さらに４００円台を待って、配当利回り５％前後での長期保有ポジションを積み増す。If upward middle range trend's lower support line is broken eventually, I need to wait for 500-400 level to add up another long holding investment positions with 5% dividend yield.

今更DX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）がどうだこうだと言うのも古いかもしれない。でもこれからの社会と労働市場を考えることは大事だ。DX(Digital Transformation) has been talked about for a long time already. However it is important to contemplate how it can change our society as well as job market.

思いつくのは、果てしない日常の手続きの冗長性。一つの書類に同じ住所を何度も記入することもまだ多い。One thing come up to mind is the endless redundancy of daily paper works. We still need to fill in same address many times in one single filing to government office.

国レベルでも、私企業レベルでも、同じ処理のためにシステムが幾重にも重複して作られる。非効率、非合理の塊だ。Country level as well as private industry level, there are massive system duplication, layer over layer.

戦争時の徴兵令状、赤紙の記憶が原因と言う。日本も遅ればせながら、DXが浸透していくのだろう。It said that the conscription letter at the time of WWII is the cause. Nevertheless DX will start influencing Japan although it is already late.

そしてその先にあるのは、仕事市場の再編だ。Then what is waiting ahead is the restructuring of the job market.

順調な反発が急落し、中期上昇トレンドのレンジ下限に１１月９日の日中に再度タッチしたため、残りの１／３を買った。その後さらに下落は続き、反発も６回目で終わりかと思われたが、週末には再度レンジ内に復帰した。Good rebound inverted suddenly downward and price once more touched the lower range of midterm upward trend during Nov 9th trading time. Hence I bought another 1/3 to top up the position. Later, price further dropped and I almost thought that rebound at resistance ended after 6th time.  However, price came back within the range as getting closer to weekend. 

来週は半期業績発表日で、好業績が期待できそうだ。Next week, semi-annual result will be announced. Looks good one is coming.

米国金利が面白い動きをしている。US interest rate shows interesting move.

上記のグラフは10年債だ。コロナで0.5％まで落ち込み、1.5%まで戻してきている。Upper graph is 10yr treasury rate. It dived down to 0.5% level and came back to 1.5%. 

コロナからの回復過程で収縮した供給が、急速に回復しつつある需要に追い付かないため、現在インフレが進行中だ。Currently inflation is going on due to the shortcoming of supply in contrast to the quick surge on demand during the recovery process from Covid-19, 

名目金利＝実質金利＋インフレ率 

Nominal Interest Rate = Real Interest Rate + Inflation Rate

なので、基本、インフレの上昇は金利の上昇を招く。This equation shows inflation will invite nominal interest rate hike. 

ただ、パウエルはリーマン以後に積み上がったFEDのバランスシートの解消開始（テーパリング）を宣言。速度は緩やかで金利変化には中立だという。とは言え、名目金利上昇をFEDが和らげる効果は無くなったと見るのは正しいだろう。However, Powell declared the initiation of FED balance sheet reduction(tapering). The balance sheet was inflated in US treasury balance after Rehman shock. He insisted that speed of tapering is slow and neutral to interest rate move. Nevertheless, it should be correct to say that FED will not help nominal interest rate to ease anymore. 

パウエルはインフレは需給バランスがコロナ前に戻れば自然と終息するとする立場を変えていない。穿った見方をすれば、テーパリングがインフレ潰し、引いては株式潰しのために行われたという責任を回避するためかもしれない。Powell still insisted the idea that inflation will end naturally once demand/supply balance goes back before Covid-19 pandemic.  But we can suspect that it can be a cunning precaution to prevent to be accused later as a trigger of stock market crush as a side effect of killing inflation. 

今後、インフレ率の上昇の影響が債券市場に流れ始めると、金利の上昇が10年債利回りの上昇となって顕れるだろう。金利チャートの三角持合いは、少なくとも一旦は上放れとなるのがメインシナリオと考えられる。Going forward, once inflation hike started to influence bond market, it will come up in the form of 10yr US treasury bond yield hike.  Hence the main scenario will be,  the wedge shape of interest rate chart, at least one time, breaks upward. 

上昇の後、供給が需要を十分に上回ってくると、インフレは終息するだろうが、その時には次の景気が始まり、良いインフレ水準の２％が回復することが望ましい。After the hike, once supply goes over the demand, inflation will go away. Hope that next boom starts that time and it keeps good inflation rate of 2% then.

LINE（Android）アプリは最適旧バージョンを探せ！Look for Fittest Version for LINE(Android) Application! 

Androidは不安定だが、それを再認識した。Android is unstable.　I reconfirmed it this time. 

Android5.1にLINEをインストールするという簡単な話のはずが．．． It should have been such an easy job to install LINE onto Android5.1.

Playストアからの最新版は落ちまくり。However, latest version from Play store never worked. 

最新バージョンはAndroid5.1ではダメだということをGoogle検索して知り、旧バージョンサイトを見つけ、対応する11.5.0をインストールしたがこれも不安定。端末をリセットしても状況変わらず。Then through Google search, I found that latest version does not work on Android 5.1. So, I found site for old versions and installed corresponding 11.5.0 but it was unstable as well. I even reset the Android but it did not change the situation. 

アプリ間の相性か？　PC版でLoginしている為か？　延々とトラブルシュートか、と暗澹たる気持ちになった。I felt desperate anticipating never ending trouble shooting coming, considering conflict of application or login from PC etc. 

でも、さらにGoogle検索すると、LINEもそもそも不安定であることを確認。But further Google search confirmed that LINE is also unstable for itself in the 1st place. 

Android5.1に対応しそうな11.5.1を試すもダメ。ついに、11.5.2で安定した！ So I tried 11.5.1 that looked more fit but it did not work neither. Finally all worked fine at 11.5.2. 

即座に、アプリ自動アップデートを停止。でないと、知らないうちに動かない最新バージョンにされてしまう。I immediately shut down auto update functionality. Unless otherwise, latest version will be installed unknowingly. 

．．．同じような問題にあった人のために。...Just for information for anyone who falls into the same problem.

［Added追記]　上で実は勘違いしていて、11.5.0まで利用可能という事は、次に試すべきは11.4.2であったわけだ。その為だろうか、なんと、インストールして６時間で問題が再発。起動直後に落ちるようになってしまった。現在11.4.2をテスト中。Above was actually wrong action. LINE support announcement says Android5.1 can support up to 11.5.0, means, I should have tried 11.4.2 but not higher than 11.5.0. Probably due to this, 6 hours after the installation, it started same shutdown problem again. Now testing 11.4.2.

［Added追記2021/11/12]　11.4.2が安定して動作することを確認。ところが今度は、前の電話番号でLINEにLoginしようとすると、「最新版をインストールしろ」と言ってくるようになってしまった。最新版も含めて色々試したのが悪かったのかもしれない。トホホだが、別電話番号を使うか、端末リセットしか手はないようだ。Confirmed that 11.4.2 works stable. However, this time LINE blocked login asking to use latest version when I use previous phone number! Probably because I tried many versions including the latest. Totally pathetic but looks like I have no option but to use other phone number or reset Android once more. 

［Added追記2021/11/14]　結局そのままAppから自動選択でインストールさせたら、今度は落ちまくらなくなった。バージョンを確認すると、11.5.2で、11.5.0の最安定バージョンという事なのだろう。色々やり始めてから最初は出なかった最新版インストールメッセージが出るようになったりLINE側で何らかの変更があった感じもする。After all, I once more just tried App installation with auto version selection and now amazingly see rather stable reaction. This time it does not shut down immediately but only sometimes. The version installed was 11.5.2, that looks the most stable version of 11.5.0 series. I doubt that LINE did some change during my trial period since I did not see the message to install latest version earlier but now I see it every time. 

［Added追記2021/11/16]　白旗を上げます。5.1の上位バージョンは見つからず、LINEの推奨バージョンは起動直後に停止が止まらず。ネットを見ると、みな、代替ソフトを利用しているみたい。Skype、WhatsUp、OutLookで対応することにしました。I decided to give up. There is no upversion beyond 5.1 for my SmartPhone. LINE's recommended historical version kept shutting down after start. I found on net that all uses other softwares. Skype, WhatsUp and OutLook is my way out of this problem.

テーパリングは開始したものの、金利上昇は非常に緩慢になるとの予測から米１０年金利は下落。パウエルFRB議長はインフレが一時的であるとの見方を堅持。中国不動産バブル崩壊による影響を不安視した、好決算後の急落も相次いだ。Tapering has started but 10yr US interest rate has gone down due to the expectation of slow increase. FRB chairman Powell still believes that inflation is temporary. Couple of sudden drops were observed even after the announcement of good result due to the anticipation of impact from China's real estate bubble burst. 

MUFGの決算は来週月曜日１５日。好決算になると思われるが、緩慢な金利上昇などを材料に下落する可能性もある。MUFG's result should come next Monday Nov 15th. We expect good result however, it may drop due to the anticipation of impact from slow increase of interest rate. 

抵抗線での反発、来週の好決算発表、NY暴落懸念の後退、日経平均三角持合い上放れを考えると、今週中の下落は、残り１／３の投入チャンスかもしれない。Nevertheless, considering the rebound at the resistance, expected good result coming a week after next, receded worry of NY stock bubble burst as well as upward departure of Nikkei225 from wedge, drop during the coming week if any, can be another chance to bet remaining 1/3 of trading limit.

摩訶不思議な現象が起こっている。極限まで膨張したFEDのバランスシートを元に戻すテーパリング。債券購入額を減らせば、売り圧力で金利が上昇するはずだ。Strange phenomena is happening. Tapering is for restoring the ultimately inflated FED balance sheet back to normal. If amount of bond purchase is reduced, sell pressure should automatically drive interest rate downward.

だが、テーパリングを開始するアナウンスの後に金利は低下し始め、このストーリーが否定されようとしている。However, as soon as FMOC announcement of initiation of tapering was made, interest rate started to drop, denying this pre-consensus of rate drop.

仕掛けは、長期国債は売却せず、短期国債は満期後、買い直さないなどの、方策を取ることにあるのだろう。The mechanism maybe the actual implementation of tapering, just letting short term treasury bond to mature, while keeping long term treasury bond.

パウエルは、金利上昇は短期的なものだというスタンスを変えておらず、経済復活に伴いインフレは終息するという見方を変えていない。Powell still believes that inflation is temporal and will calm down as economy comes back to normal.

このため、インフレを抑えるための金利上昇政策を積極的に取ることは無いのだろう。Hence he may not take monetary policy to raise interest rate to kill inflation.

でも、人間自身にとっての「宇宙」は、一人ひとりを中心に無限に広がる。However, the 'universe' for each individual extends endlessly from each individual. 

育てられ、大きくなり、人生を楽しみ、そして次世代を育て、世に放つ。 We are brought up, and grow up, enjoy the life, and then bring up and launch next generation to the world. 

これは一人一人の偉大な旅だ。This is a great great journey for each individual.

でも、悲しいけれど、すべての人を連れて永遠に旅を続けることはできない。However, sadly, we cannot continue this journey forever accompanied by all. 

だから、最後まで、前を向いて行こう。それが唯一の道だ。So, just keep going forward positive until the end. That's the only way we can go.
