もしかしたら、今回のコロナはこれで終了かもしれない。現在のところ富士フィルムはコロナ治療薬としての検証行っておらず、国家要請があれば販売するという立場をとっているが、中国で実際に効いているというならば、世界展開も時間の問題だろう。One chance is that immediate Corona confusion will end by this medicine. So far Fuji-Film is not officially admitting Avigan as Corona remedies but will sell on request by government however, if it is actually going effective in China, it will be a matter of time to cascade this medicine to global level.
中国ではすでにライセンス生産が始まっているようで、今回のコロナ騒動は７月を待たずして早期に終息する可能性も出てきた。China already producing this under license of Fuji, hence now we see some possibility that Corona confusion will end way before July.

日本のコメディアン志村けんが感染し、地元の病院に入院、重症化した後、専門病院へ送られ今日死去した。アビガンを早期に服用していれば助かった典型的な例で、コロナ医療の現状だ。アビガンはウイルスを殺す力はなく、増殖を止めるだけなので、重症化する前に飲まないと効かない。現状で、まだ全国の病院には配備されていない。また、医療関係者への感染を防ぐため、自宅にいる患者へ直接届ける仕組みも必要だ。Japanese comedian Ken Shimura died today at Corona special hospital after getting serious lung inflammatory disease at local hospital sent after infection was found out. This is typical current medical treatment status where earlier intake of Avigan could have saved lives. Avigan cannot kill virus but only stop virus to multiply, hence it should be taken before patients get serious condition. Right now, it is not deployed nationwide due to delay of approval process. Also need to set up framework to send medicine to patient direct to avoid infection to medical staff.

日本でもようやく非常事態宣言が昨日発動され、安倍首相は記者の質問に答え、病院の倫理委員会が承認すれば、リクエストベースでアビガンが処方されること、また、すでに120例で良好な結果が得られていると述べた。また、他の情報によると、200万人分のアビガンは新型コロナ向けには用量が増量するため、実際は70万人分相当の備蓄となっている模様。State of Emergency was declared yesterday finally and PM Abe replied to newsman on Q&A session that Avigan should be provided to patient on request basis if ethics committee of the hospital approved. Abe also mentioned that Avigan got good result from 120 cases already. Other information source says supposed to be 2mn people storage is actually for 700k people for Corona since Corona treatment needs more dose compared to normal influenza.
