レンジは下離れした。Price broke wedge convergence downward. 

市場全体もNYを起点に、収束レンジを下離れ開始だ。Market as a whole broke wedge coil downward in sync to NY. 

大統領選は１１月３日火曜日だ。日本は文化の日。来週の内には相場の方向は決定するだろう。Election date is Nov 3rd Tuesday that is holiday in Japan. Market direction will be clear during next week. 

トランプが勝てば、当面の株価にはプラスだ。バイデンが勝てば、株価は一旦調整するだろう。If Trump wins, stock will keep price but if Biden wins, stock will go down for now. 

来週からジェットコースターが始まる。Let's wait for show time next week.

レンジはさらに刻んできて収束している。 Range is getting narrower and narrower. 

市場全体も同様、材料待ちだ。Same for the market, waiting for the news to come. 

トランプは今日、バイデンとの最終討論会を終えた。 二人の違いを浮かび上がらせる良い討論会だった。Trump just finished last debate today before the election. It was good debate to highlight the differences between the two. 

バイデンは脱石油、健康保険制度の創設、同盟国との関係強化を訴えることで、トランプとの違いを明確にした感があるものの、なぜ、40年以上に渡る、副大統領時代も含めた政治家経歴の中で実現できなかったのかというトランプの問いももっともだ。一方、トランプらが描写する、見えない既得権益は、しがらみのあるプロ政治家バイデンより、経営者トランプのほうが破壊しやすいだろう。Biden showed difference from Trump by appealing  the needs of departure from oil, establishment of health insurance as well as re-establishment of global defense allies however, Trump's question on why those could not be achieved during the last 40yrs of Biden's politician life including vice president period, is also fair question. Meanwhile, Trump, with business management sense, will be better than Biden in breaking down, what Trump calls, the invisible legacy vested interests since professional politician Biden can carry lots of legacy relationships. 

トランプは経営者的で、そもそも如何にあるべきかという哲学より、現実の中での最適運営を優先する。バイデンの、「ではあなたはヒットラーとでも親友になるのか」という問いはトランプにとって厳しいものがある。この優先順位は、選択の問題だが、選挙結果を決定するものではないだろう。Trump style as business person makes much of realistic management rather than philosophy how things should be in the 1st place. Biden's question 'Are you going to be a good friend with Hitler then?' was a killer question for Trump.  This priority is an issue of choice but will not be the focal point of the election. 

トランプは株価主体の政権運営を行っているが、バイデンの言うように、株高で潤うのは有権者のごく一部だ。相場的にはトランプが勝利すれば、大台をブレークして株価は上昇するだろう。バイデンが勝利すれば、コロナ下の株高は一旦、現実的なレベルに下落しそうだ。Trump makes much of stock market but as Biden says, only few voters will get benefit from it. If Trump wins, stock market will break the ceiling and go higher. If Biden wins, the stock market will go down to reasonable level for now. 

前回トランプを支持した、成長から取り残された人々がどう動くのか、あと８日ほどで運命は決する。In anyway, destiny will be realized in about ８days incorporating the decisions of previous election's Trump supporters left behind the growth of US.

Did JGB increased Money Stock?

　マネーストック（通貨供給量）、ベースマネー（日銀券、日銀当座預金）、国債発行残高、GDPの推移をプロットしてみた。Just plot transition of money supply, base money, JGB balance as well as GDP. 

　2013年アベノミクス以降、日銀は異次元緩和と称して国債を買い上げベースマネーを増大させたが、マイナス金利下の0.1%付利により当座預金の移動を封印し、人畜無害化した。Since 2013 Abenomics, BOJ increased JGB outright holding position to increase base money however, those base money was locked by giving 0.1% overnight interest to make market impact as nil. 

　一方、プライマリーバランスの赤字穴埋めに、国債は純増を続け、政府小切手の現金化によりマネーストックを増大させた（＊）。Meanwhile, JGB balance kept increasing to fill primary balance deficits, then increased money stock through monetization of government check(*). 

　GDPは500兆円付近でほぼ成長していないのに、マネーストックが増大し続けているのは、この国債残高の純増によるものだ。The reason why money stock kept increasing, although GDP does not grow staying around JPY500tr, is because of this net increase of JGB balance. 

　なお、マネーストックをベースマネーで割った、通貨乗数だが、封印された市中には出回らないベースマネーを基準にしているため、見かけ上は７から２へ減少しているが、実質的には上昇しているとみるべきで、指標としての意味は無くなっている。Besides multiplier, that is money stock divided by base money, is losing sense as index because base money includes BOJ current account locked in BOJ balance sheet and does not go around the market. It is going down from 7 to 2 but substantially it looks increasing. 

　重要な点で、間違いやすいのが、定義上、マネーストックには日銀当座預金は含まれないことだ。Important point that is easy to misunderstand is that, in definition, money stock does not include BOJ current account. 

　いずれにせよ、金融政策の面から、インフレが発生する余地は全くないと言ってよいだろう。In any case, looks like there is no chance to have inflation from monetary policy point of view. 

（＊）通貨供給量（マネタリーストック）が国債発行で増える仕組みはこうだ。銀行Aの最初の段階と、最後の段階に着目すると、国債発行により、信用創造に似た状態が実現され、結果国債発行額と同額、マネタリーストックが増加していることがわかる。Mechanism of monetary stock increase by JGB issuance is following. By comparing the bank A status at inception and last stage, it is clear that monetary stock increases for the same amount as JGB issuance by creating similar situation as new credit generation.

① A銀行は日銀に10億円日銀当座預金した Bank A deposit JPY1bn to BOJ CA(Current Account).
② 国債が発行され、A銀行が日銀当座預金振替で購入したJGB is issued and Bank A purchased by BOJ CA account transfer.
③ 公共事業を会社Bが行い、政府は小切手で支払ったCorp B contracted government job, then government paid by check. 
④ 会社BはA銀行に政府小切手を預金化してもらったCorp B asked Bank A to fill deposit by the check. 
⑤ A銀行は政府小切手を日銀で預金化。日銀は政府小切手を政府当座預金と相殺。Bank A converted government check to BOJ CA deposit of Bank A. BOJ offset government check by BOJ CA deposit of government.

 理想的な社会変革　Ideal Social Reform

トランプ、ブレグジット現象は引っ張りすぎた資本主義の当然の帰着だ。Trump and Brexit phenomena is the result of naked capitalism went too far. 

取り残された人々を支援し、再教育することが、残された唯一の方法だ。The only way left is to support and re-educate people left over as a result of transition.

全世界で起こっている摩擦の根底には、同一のパターンがある。There is same pattern among conflicts happening globally. 

１）産業が発展し、先進国となる Industry develops and become developed country

２）為替が高くなり、国内生産のコストが増大する FX rate of base currency is appreciated high, making domestic production's relative cost as expensive. 

３）価格競争力の維持、利益の極大化のため、ファブレスなど新興国への移転が起こる Productions are moving away to developing country under fabless scheme to maximize competitiveness as well as profit. 

４）国内産業の空洞化により、仕事が消滅する Jobs are gone as a result of less domestic production transferred offshore. 

５）さらに、安価な労働力の流入により、仕事が奪われるFurthermore, jobs are gone as a result of import of cheaper labor. 

６）空洞化、失業、格差拡大が極まり、社会不安が起こるIndustry hollowing, unemployment and disparity of wealth go extreme to the point of creating social instability.

この流れは経済的には極めて合理的で、他国に自国製品の購入を強制するなどの強引な方法には限界がある。This transition is very much rational from economic point of view, hence extreme measures, such as pushing other country to purchase own country's products, will soon face limitation. 

今まで、先進国で行われている対応は、次の１）がメインで、２）は非常におろそかになっていた。So far, developed countries are mainly coping with these problems by below 1) mainly but not really by 2) below. 

１）新技術開発の最先端を走り続けるKeep leading the top of new technologies.

２）取り残された人々を支援し、再教育する Support and re-educate people left deserted

現在ベーシックインカムなどの議論が高まっており、世界はすでにその問題に気が付いている。理想の社会変革は、この取り残された人々への支援と再教育により達成される。Currently, there are lots of discussion on basic income etc. World is already recognizing the importance of this issue. Ideal social reform can be achieved by this support and re-education of people left deserted.

レンジからの脱出は米国中間選挙を待つ必要がありそうだ。相場はレンジから動かない。 Needs to wait for the midterm election to see break from range trading. 

市場全体も同様だ。米国の株価は追加の経済対策予算の可決の長期化でもたついている。Same for market. US stock is going back and forth waiting for elongated approval for additional financial aid.

トランプはコロナから回復したようで、中間選挙への影響はなさそうだ。バイデンが勝てば株高は一旦終了しそうだ。事前調査ではバイデンが優勢だそうだが、選挙方式も関係して、優勢が必ずしも当選とならないのは前回のクリントンで証明された。 Trump looks recovered from Covid-19 hence will be no impact to midterm election. If Biden wins, stock hike will stop for a moment. Pre-election research shows Biden is ahead but due to election mechanism, it will not always result in final victory as Clinton proved last time. 

どの道、あと２週間ほどで運命は決する。In anyway, destiny will be realized in about two weeks.

DNAに生命のすべての設計図が入っていることは皆知っている。AGCTの塩基の組み合わせが60億で、そこにすべて書いてあるという話だ。塩基配列の解析は手間がかかり、人については、あと、100年はかかるといわれていた。All know that DNA has all draft of life. AGCT combination of 6bn of AGCT base has all information life needs. However, it was a very time consuming process in the old days so people has been saying that it will take another 100yrs to find out all sequences for human being. 

ところが、米国の頭のいい人が、DNAを無数の断片に砕いてから解析する方法を考え出した。断片ごとに解析し、末端の塩基配列パターンをコンピューター上でマッチングさせ全体を再構成したのだ。この人のおかげで、100年かかるはずだった全塩基配列はあっという間に解析された。However, one smart American found shortcut by chopping up DNA into pieces and analyze. Analyze each chopped up pieces, then later computer matches up end base pattern to regenerate whole sequence. Thanks to this guy, whole human gene sequence, that was supposed to take another 100yrs, suddenly became available for all. 

さて、配列は明確になったものの、その読み方の研究はまだ始まったばかりだ。AIは人工的に脳の仕組みを真似しようとする試みだが、脳の仕組みもこの塩基配列に書き込まれているわけだ。始まったばかりの分野なので、AIの観点からも出来ることは多いのではないかと思い、便利なサイトを探してみた。今日発見したDBCLSのサイトは、無料で自由に塩基が検索できる。Although sequence became clear, decoding has just started to find out the way to interpret it. AI is the attempt to mimic human brain artificially, but the design of the brain is also described in this gene sequence. This is a very much new field of study, I believe there should be a lot to do from AI's perspective. Hence I looked for convenient site today and found nice one from DBCLS where you can make free search for base sequence. 

中でも、GGRNAググルナ、GGGenomeゲゲゲノムはグーグルのノリでランダムな塩基配列（AGCTCTG等）の自由検索ができ、隔世の感がある。ここまで道具を与えられて、何かしない手はないだろう。Among others GGRNA、GGGenome are futuristic to allow users make google like free base search such as AGCTCTG etc. Given this fancy setup, why not doing something on top of it?

アリの観察が大好きな子供にAmazonで買ったアリの巣観察キットが到着した。前回の砂を入れる簡易版より大型で、巣作りの観察が容易なようだ。The ant next kit, purchased through Amazon for elementary school kid, was just delivered home. It looks easier to observe than the previous simple version I introduced. 

厳重なコーナーのプラスチックを外し梱包を開けると、ニトリの組み立て家具のミニチュアのような板が10枚程度とネジなどの部品、石膏製の巣、ピンセットやスポイトが入っている。Opend up box by taking off rigid plastics corner elbows, I found miniature Nitori-DIY-furniture-like 10 or more plastic plates, parts such as screws, plaster nest as well as a tweezer and a dropper. 

中には中国語の説明書が一枚。商品タイトルにはDiyと書いてあったのを忘れて、不吉な予感がよぎる。Found one piece of Chinese manual. Totally forgetting that product descriptions says it is DIY, I felt a bit nervous. 

しかし、Amazonの画面を見つつ試行錯誤すれば、何とか組み立てられた。Nevertheless, I could assembled it by looking at Amazon screen and do try and error. 

組み立て方はざっと次のよう。Below is summary.

１）アクリル板の保護シールを全て剥がす。Take off cover of acrylic plates. 

２）アクリル板を、石膏の巣の部分と、餌場部分に仮組する。Make temporal assembly for acrylic plates for plaster nest part and feeding yard part. 

まるいシリコンゴムは最後の枠組み固定用。The round silicon rubber circles are for final fixing of parts assembly. 

３）蓋を組み立て。写真を見て直感で大丈夫。Assembled box cover. No brainer by looking at the photos. 

４）石膏部分は、アリが登れる階段を忘れずに。一本だけ長いネジがあるので、それを使う。For plaster parts, don't forget to attach ladder for ants. There is only one long screw to use for it. 

水を注ぐ穴が上側になるように組み立てること（下の写真）。Make sure to have hole for watering on upper side(picture below). 

いろいろな角度からの写真。Pictures from other angles.

５）組み立ては側板を最初に、最後に底板を組む。その後、シリコンゴムで組手をすべて巻いて固定。To make final assembly, assemble side plates first, then bottom plates. Fix by silicon rubber for all joint ends. 

おまけで、書いてある内容はわからないが、緩衝材の中国語新聞を見る。コロナのご時世、子供は皆マスクをしていた。Besides, saw Chinese papers used as shock buffer, although I cannot read Chinese.  Reflecting the middle of Covid-19, all kids are waring masks.

AI予想も、新値更新が無いため変化はない。月足、週足共に更なる下落を予測している。配当後、コイルレンジ内に当面収まっている。There was no change on forecast since there is no new line break. Both monthly and weekly forecast further drops. After the dividend payment, price stays within the coil range. 

市場全体は上方コイルだが、１か月を切った米国大統領選の結果で大きく方向性が変わるだろう。Market as a whole is upper coil but will show drastic change as 'less than one month' US midterm election's result come out. 

コロナ陽性のトランプはヒドロキシクロロキンを選択せず、レムデシビルで回復中だ。Covid-19 positive Trump chose Remdesivir instead of Hydroxychloroquine and now under recovery. 

一方、ワクチンを待つ声は大きいが、一度感染しても免疫を獲得できない人も多いらしく、早期の世界展開は問題がありそうだ。While lots of voice to wait for vaccine but looks there are many who cannot acquire immune after infection, hence worldwide vaccine extension approach may face obstacles. 

世界は問題を一気に解決する方法をまたも逃し、混迷は長引きそうだ。Looks world missed chance once more to solve whole problem at one time, leaving confusion to continue longer. 

トランプが当選した場合経済の拡大は継続するが財政規律を逸脱したつけは、いずれ回ってきそうだ。バイデンが当選した場合、財政は緊縮方向に向かう反面、米中の問題は解消されそうだ。If Trump wins the election, economic expansion may continue but need to pay for the lose budget control in future. If Biden wins, budget may go shrink while China-US relation may get better. 

トランプの主張する国内保護政策は、為替が高くなった先進国が直面する国内産業の空洞化という共通の課題だ。Trump's protectionism is common 'domestic industry hollow' problem among developed countries whose currencies are appreciated high. 

まったく経済的交流のなかった米ソ冷戦時代と異なり、現在中国は世界の工場と化しており、トランプのやり方のように強引に関係を切ることは不可能だ。Unlike legacy US/Soviet cold war era where there was no economic relations, nowadays China is a factory of the world, making Trump's way difficult to force cutting relationships.

一方、空洞化で取り残された中間層の没落と格差拡大の憤懣は高まる一方だ。Meanwhile the middle class left behind have growing frustration coming from the accelerated difference between rich and poor.

今後、空洞化の進む先進国では、ベーシックインカムのようなアプローチの導入も必要になってくるだろう。Going forward, for developing countries with hollow economy, basic income type approach may need to be introduced.

強化学習のプラットフォームとして物理エンジンを探している。Now looking for a platform for physics engine to build reinforced learning. 

今日は、その中のMatter.jsを試してみた。CDNベースでスケーラビリティーは抜群だ。プログラムはこちら。Among many, I tested Matter.js today.  This is on CDN basis and scalability is just unlimited. Program is here. 

下のテストでは、画面のオブジェクトをマウスでつかんで動かすことができる。In below test, you can grab object on screen by mouse and move.

AI予想も、新値更新が無いため変化はない。配当落ち後、当面の下限レンジを破り400円を目指して下落中だ。月足、週足共に更なる下落を予測している。There was no change on forecast since there is no new line break. After dividend date, price broke lower range and now heading down to 400. Both monthly and weekly forecast further drop.

市場全体は上昇レンジを破ったが、短期調整局面を迎えているようだ。Market as a whole broke upward trend lower range and now facing temporal correction phase. 

東証はシステム障害のため10月1日木曜日終日停止した。しかし、翌日復旧し、市場への影響はない。第三四半期末を外したのは幸いだった。TSE shut down Oct 1st Monday whole day due to system failure but did not have big impact to the market next day. It was only luck that the failure missed 3rd qtr end. 

米国大統領選のトランプとバイデンの討論会は盛り上がったが決定打とはならなかった。US presidential midterm election debate between Trump and Biden heated up but looks it was not really a game changer. 

米国大統領トランプと夫人はコロナ陽性とこの金曜日に判明した。現状では無症状で、ヒドロキシクロロキンの処方で、ブラジル大統領と同様、急速に回復するものと思われる。US president Trump and his wife were tested positive for Covid-19 this Friday. Looks not really symptomatic hence HCQ may make them recover very quick as Brazil president Bolsonaro.

　やってしまった。買ったばっかりの激安キーボードTM-UKEY108BKMSET、調子よく動いていたのに。コーヒーをもろにこぼし、キーとキーの間にはコーヒーがたっぷり注がれた。I did it! Ultimately cost efficient keyboard TM-UKEY108BKMSET bought recent has been working very well. I spilled coffee over the key and now full of coffee in between keys.

　大至急、本体にそのまま水道をかけてコーヒーを洗いながす。Urgently rinsed by water to wash off coffee. 

予想通り、振って水を切ったのに、使えないキーがたくさんできた。As expected, even after shaking to get rid of water, many keys did not work.

やはり分解して水切りしないとダメと分かり、分解すると、中は感動的にシンプル。Knowing that I have no option but disassemble to dry out inside, I disassembled and found inside impressively simple. 

キーにはリードスイッチさえもなく、３層の薄いポリカーボネートと極小のインターフェイス基板があるだけ。Keys did not even have lead switch but only 3 layer polycarbonate circuit board and tiny interface board.

三層の間に滲みた洗浄水をティッシュに吸収させて乾燥させる。完全に乾燥したところで、ようやく全キーを認識、復旧。Wiped off and dried waters in between 3 layers by tissue paper. After all dried, eventually all keys came back. Rescue completed. 

こちらは基板とネジ。This is circuit board and screws. 

こちらはUSB基盤とポリカーボネート基盤の接続部。This is connection part between USB circuit board and polycarbonate circuit board. 

スマホもそうだが、実装技術は果てしなく進化しているようだ。As same as smart phone, installation technology is developing endless. 

価格競争の激しい大量生産の中でスパゲッティ配線などもうあり得ない。Spagetti connection is no more possible in a massive price competitive production. 

ここまでシンプルに、性能を維持しつつ、低価格に製造すると、もう、芸術の領域だ。This is already in the state of the art to come up to this level of simplicity while keeping performance and price. 

有線マウスも付属して892円の激安の理由を深く納得した。 I deeply understood the reason of JPY892 together with cabled mouse.
