プレゼンの基本ポイント

１）ポイントを３つに絞って、簡潔に言う。すべてを言う必要なし。
２）３つのポイントから外れた内容は、たとえしゃべりたくても、あとで来るかもしれない質問用にとっておく。
３）資料も最小限にまとめる。
４）質問には、答えを先に言う。分からない場合は分からない事を先に言う。
５）もごもごと、早口でしゃべるのではなく、自信をもって、はっきりした大きな声で、ゆっくり話す。
６）聞き手のレベルに合わせて内容を変える。
７）録音して、後で自分で聞く。
８）相手に喋らせる。良い聞き手になる。
基本的だが忘れがち。けっこう大事なポイント。自信をもってというのは特に大事。自信のない話し方をすると、必ず突っ込まれる。
Tips for Presentation
１）Focus on 3 points concisely. No need to be cover all points.
２）Even if you wish to cover all, intentionally leave other points for questions that may come later.
３）Make power point concise and optimum.
４）To answer for questions from audience, reply answer 1st, then explain further details. If do not know the answer, explicitly states that you do not know.
５）Speak slowly with confidence and loud crisp voice.
６）Adjust level of contents depending on the level of audience.

８）Let others speak. Be a good listener.
Basics but tend to forget. Rather important points. With confidence is especially important. If you look not confident when you speak, you tend to be cornered by lots of questions.
