その一方、連邦裁判所の裁判官パトリシアは、選挙自体が憲法違反であるという判決を出し、認証プロセスは停止した。ペンシルベニアの選挙自体が無効になるか、選挙人を議会が選ぶかの瀬戸際になっている。下はその様子を素人でもわかりやすく解説したビデオだ。But soon after that, commonwealth court judge Patricia McCullough once again judged that the termination of certification process, that it's ordered, remains valid since election 2020 itself is unconstitutional and is invalid. その後、この連邦裁判所の違憲判決および認証の停止は、上位の連邦裁判所により否定された（下のビデオ）。この判決に対抗して、ペンシルベニアの議会が選挙無効の認識の元に議員による選挙人を選択できるかどうかが焦点となりそうだ。Later, this lower federal court decision, decided immediate election as unconstitutional to be suspended for further process for certification, was override by higher state federal court decision to be denied(below video). Going forward, focus is whether Pennsylvania legislature is going to decide electors on their own based on their judgement of fraudulent election done this time.

現状で州はバイデンを当選者として指名し、州の高裁も提訴を棄却している。しかし、訴訟は連邦裁判所にさらに提訴でき、また、州議会での選挙人選定も可能など、トランプ側の手段はまだ残っているようだ。At this moment, Biden was nominated as winner by state and Trump's lawsuits were rejected by state courts. However, Trump can still make lawsuit to federal court further, and state legislature can nominate electors, hence Trump side still have means to go further.

ミシガンの公聴会も次々と開票時の不正の証言がなされた。開票プロセスから排除された監査人が再監査を訴えるもの、不審な大量の票が運び込まれたのを目撃したなどの証言が多かった。At Michigan public hearing by Michigan State Senate Committee on Oversight, lots of testimonies came one after another appealing the frauds at vote counting process. Many on-site vote-count inspectors appealed that they were rejected from inspection process, others appealed funny massive ballots were brought in the vote counting area.

テキサスの訴訟は、州が訴える権利がないとされ却下されたが、同一内容で今度はLinWood弁護士がジョージアを個人で訴える訴訟を起こした。Texas lawsuit was rejected judged that Texas state has no right to sue other states however, now attorney Lin Wood started same lawsuit as one Georgia individual resident against state of Georgia.
12月14日の選挙人選挙の結果は、実は１月６日まで開票されないため、12月14日には正式確定はない。上院の公聴会が12月16日（水曜日）に開かれる。そこで不正選挙に対する世論はさらに高まると思われ、司法も無視できない状況となるかもしれない。Dec 14th electoral election vote will not be counted until Jan 6, 2021, hence the result will not be clear on Dec 14th. Senate Homeland Security Committee will hold first hearing on 2020 election 'irregularities' on Dec 16th(Wed) where public opinion on election fraud will grow further. Supreme court may not be able to ignore the situation.

By letting both house of consulate and house of representatives know what actually happened, there may come chance to make whole thing going to the right direction. 懸念された戒厳令は、外国勢力の干渉があったとする国家情報局長ラトクリフが意見をまとめられず、選挙45日目にあたる本日には発令されないようだ。今回の選挙不正について司法が機能していないのは、最高裁判事ジョンロバーツが反トランプ派であることが理由のようだ。このため、法的な手続きは手詰まりとなったようだ。今後のトランプ大統領の出方が注目される。Worry on martial law may not happen on 45th days after election, that is today, due to lack of opinion consolidation by DNI Ratcliffe who is indicating foreign interference to election. The reason why justice department is not functioning is because supreme court judge John Roberts is on anti-Trump side. Hence legal approach looks over at this point. 戒厳令は結局発令されず、トランプは、再度最高裁に訴訟を上げ、訴訟に取り合わない最高裁のジョンロバーツを民意を盛り上げることで改心させる戦略をとったようだ。もし、再度最高裁が受理しなかった場合、いよいよ再選挙に限定された戒厳令となるかもしれない。Martial law was not activated after all. Trump just filed another lawsuit to supreme court. Looks Trump took strategy to drive John Roberts, the supreme court judge, to stop rejecting Trump's case by the public pressure. If this immediate lawsuit is rejected, then the chance of limited martial law, focusing only on re-election, will get closer.

Looks Trump is trying to achieve, all at once, to win the two senate seats in Georgia, to create disturbance among Democrats, to attack on anti-Trump republicans as well as to enhance public support for Jan 6th re-election.

最高裁が無視し続ける中、それでも訴訟はさらに新規に上げられているようだ。１月６日のペンスの否決の論理的な物証が積みあがりつつある。While supreme court of justice keeps ignoring, lawsuit is further piling up. The evidences for Jan 6th Pence rejection looks keep piling up further.

Barny Sanders sadly looks recognizing the election fraud as conspiracy theory. To make all understand that this is just a conspiracy theory under immediate massive evidences coming out implying orchestrated organizational fraud, investigation is necessary. Currently there are couple of path to go and tomorrow will be a big time.

いよいよ選挙人選挙結果開票の日となった。どんな結果となるのだろうか。なお、前日に終了したジョージア州上院議員選挙でも共和党候補の票が開票中に5千票も突如減少するなど、怪しい動きをしていた。もうだれも選挙を信用しなくなっているのが心配だ。Finally the day came for electoral vote count. Let's see what will be the outcome. Besides, the vote count of yesterday's house of representative election showed dubious drop of Republican's count for 5,000 all of a sudden during the process. It is really worried that nobody now believe in election process.

これで11月３日からほぼ２か月に渡った大統領選の混乱は終息した。ただ、無数の不正証拠に裏付けられた、選挙プロセスに対する不信が残った。1月5日のジョージア上院選でも、あたかも新しい「やり方」を顕示するようにプロセスは改善されず、人々に無力感を与えた。米国、ひいては、世界の民主主義の行方が非常に心配だ。Now two-months president election confusion starting from Nov 3rd has ended. However, doubt on election process remains backed by numerous evidence of frauds. The election process remained the same even on Jan 5th Georgia senator election as if to show off the "new normal", and it made people feel helplessness. I do worry about the future where democracy is going, not just for US but for the whole world.
