What Biden will bring
４年間、トランプは、良くも悪くも多くの障害を破壊してきた。しかし、株価重視の政策は民主党政権時代以上にトリクルダウン的で、取り残された人々の生活はさほど改善されなかった。For the last 4 years, Trump, good or bad, has been distracting many obstacles. However, its stock price oriented policies were more trickle-down-like in reality than those during democrat's regime, resulting in no major improvement of life of people left deserted.
そして、2020年の判決の年となった。Then, judgement year of 2020 came.
現状では選挙の正当性についての提訴が行われており、選挙結果は正式には確定していない。ただ、もし、バイデンが勝てば、社会主義的色彩が濃すぎるサンダースに代わり、中道派のバイデンは、トランプが壊した多くを良くも悪くもまずは復活させるだろう。At this point, law suites were filed on legitimacy of the election, hence official result of the election is not fixed. However, if Biden wins, instead of far left socialistic Sanders, Biden in the middle will, good or bad, resume what Trump has destructed.
しかし、バイデンが最終的に、必然的に生まれる資本主義の発展に取り残された人々の救済に、本気で取り組まない限り、2024年には再度政権交代となるだろう。However, need to note that, unless Biden seriously tackles with support of those, inevitably left over under the development of capitalism, 2024 will be another flip year of regime from blue to red.
経済Economy
- トランプは世界の工場となった中国との貿易不均衡を、貿易額を強制的に与えて補正しようとしたが、無理があった。バイデンは他の手を使うだろう。Trump tried to adjust trade imbalance with China, now functioning as a factory of world, by forcing the target trade amount itself however, it has limitations. Biden may take another approach.
- トランプは相続税の控除額を引き上げるなど、貧富の差の拡大となる政策を主導したが、バイデンは高額所得に対する課税を強烈に引き上げるだろう。トランプは裸の資本主義を重視したが、バイデンはベーシックインカムなど社会主義的政策を推し進めるだろう。Trump extended the difference between rich and poor by introducing the reduction of inheritance tax however, Biden will place very aggressive tax increase for high income layer. Trump made much of naked capitalism but Biden will force very socialistic policy such as basic income.
軍事Defense
- トランプは国内を重視するため、世界の警察官からは撤退する方向だった。しかしバイデンは再度、西側軍事同盟を重視するだろう。Trump has domestic focus hence he gradually sat back from global police position. However Biden will once again aim to enhance western country allies.
- トランプは相手が誰であれ、人権問題は無視し、戦争を回避する相互不可侵的解決を目指した。しかし、バイデンは主義ベースの強硬路線をとるだろう。Trump, whoever counter part is, aimed for mutual inviolability ignoring the infringement of human rights done on counter party countries, simply to avoid war. However, Biden will confront them more direct on basic principle base.
環境Environment
- トランプは石油産業など衰退産業も支援するため、温暖化など環境問題は重視しないが、バイデンは温暖化ガス排出規制などを重視する。Trump made much of rusting industries such as oil ignoring the environmental issues such as green house gas emission agreements. However, Biden will make much of environments.
- 長期的にはバイデンの環境政策はすべての面に有効に働くだろう。In a long run, Biden's environmental approaches will effect positive to all aspects.
健康Health
- 脱退する予定のWHOに再参加する。WHOはコロナ対応への不手際が指摘されている。Rejoin WHO that Trump once declared withdrawal from. WHO however has been pointed out its bad job for Covid-19 correspondence.
- トランプはFDA、NIH、CDC、WHOなどの官民癒着を断ち切ろうとしたが、バイデンにはその意思はないだろう。コロナ禍もそれに引きずられ長引くことになるだろう。Trump tried to cut collusion in FDA, NIH, CDC and WHO but Biden may not have such intension. Covid-19 tragedy will keep going longer and longer.
- トランプは薬価引き下げを実現したが、バイデンはさらに医療保険制度を充実させるだろう。Trump realized the reduction of drug price. Biden will make health insurance system better.
人種Racial
- トランプは人種問題に関心はなかったが、バイデンは政策の主な課題とするだろう。Trump has no interest on racial problem but Biden will make it as one of main policy agendas.
