OMICRON in US Started, But with Less Mortality?
まだ、喜ぶには早すぎるが、少し良い兆候が見えてきた。Still too early to be happy but we see some good sign.
米国のコロナ株の７３％がオミクロンに置き換わるとともに、死亡率が減少してきたようだ。As US Covid-19 is replaced by Omicron variant, mortality looks going down.
１２月５日からの動きをみると、感染者が再急増しているのに、死亡者は減少してきている。Tragectory from Dec 5th indicates, the more infection, the less death.
メディアは最初のオミクロン死者が一人出たと大騒ぎしているが、７３％の感染者に対しては明らかに少ない。Media is excited to find out 1st death by Omicron but one is obviously too small number for 73% occupancy by Omicron Variant.
南アメリカでの軽症観察がアメリカでも観察されるのを望むばかりだ。I only hope same observation we saw in South Africa will be found in US also.
