ノーベル賞の中村教授のお陰で世界は明るく、エコになった！．．のは良いが、弊害も出てきたのを感じる。Thanks to Novel Prize Prof. Nakamura's invention, world became brighter and ecological! .. That is bright part but now it comes with problems.
それは、ここ１年ほど、自転車のライトが過激に明るくなってきたことだ。 One problem is radically bright bicycle lights started since last year.
先日、夜間、眩い高輝度をフラッシュさせながら向かってくる自転車に気が遠くなりそうになった。The other day, at night, I almost went fainted by the flashing dazzling glaring bicycle light heading toward myself.
思い返すと、自転車のライトは無灯火、輝度不足など、「少なすぎ」が問題視され、規制対象となってきた。In recall, bicycle light has been regulated for 'too little' side such as no light, faint light etc.
だが、今、技術革新により、「多すぎ」も規制すべき状態になった。However, now due to the innovation, 'too much' also needs to be regulated.
